Professional Hair Braiding Payment Policy

📅 Deposit & Booking Policy

  • 50% deposit required to secure your appointment
  • Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to future appointments
  • Remaining balance due upon service completion
  • Appointments without deposits may be given to walk-in clients

24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid deposit forfeiture

  • Hair extensions/added hair charged separately
  • Rush services (same-day bookings) incur 25% surcharge
  • Touch-ups within 7 days: 50% of original service price

  • No refunds on completed services
  • Service corrections within 48 hours at no charge
  • Deposits transferable within 30 days
  • Dissatisfaction issues addressed case-by-case

Parties of 3+ receive 10% discount • Full payment required 48 hours in advance
